COLLECTION

The collection of the Franz West Privatstiftung includes several hundred works from all of Franz West’s creative phases and bodies of work, including sculptures, works on paper and canvas, as well as installations.

The works in the collection are made available as loans to museums and art institutions around the world. The Franz West Privatstiftung is particularly interested in maintaining the artist’s idea of participation and interaction with the Adaptives, furniture sculptures, and outdoor sculptures. By allowing their use, visitors are able to understand and experience the pieces firsthand. To request a loan, please provide the foundation with the following information:

- Name and address of the borrower (institution and contact person)
- Exhibition title and brief description of the project
- Exhibition dates and approximate duration of loan (incl. transport)
