Numerous works by Franz West are intended to be used. Furniture and outdoor sculptures in particular are subject to wear through usage and environmental factors. Damaged works and parts in need of restoration are examined by West’s former assistants and, if necessary, by an experienced team of conservators and are restored in agreement with the owners.
